I used to be sick and tired of my plate looking bare and bland.
I desperately needed something to go along side my protein source and carbs so I came up with this delightful salad.
You may think, “Sean, it’s just a f@@king salad”, but trust me, there’s an art to it!
I still haven’t mastered the art of salad making but this one is the best I’ve made so far.
No longer will your plate or your Tupperware look sad and pathetic (like mine did).
Here it is my EatMoveLean Simple Salad.
1 bag of crispy mixed leaf salad
250g of cherry tomatoes
1 handful of basil leaves
3 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
a handful of pine nuts
Throw it all together and dig in. Or keep it for your packed lunch when doing Meal Prep (as I did).
Serve with a salad dressing of your choice alongside a slab of meat and some naughty carbs.
